The Electrical Steels Marketing Head will be part of CMO Automotive, Packaging & Electrical Steels entity. Join us if you have the ambition to be an actor of the transformation to a sustainable world!
Main responsibilities and activities:
As Electrical Steels Marketing Head , you will be responsible to develop commercial strategies and the product/service portfolio of the Electrical Steels market segment in the medium and long term as well as to provide sharp technical-commercial expertise to develop a strategic market segment and contribute to the company’s results.

Y our role will include activities such as:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Electrical Steels market through qualitative and quantitative data analysis from various sources.
  • Propose commercial and technical strategies based on market studies, regulatory changes, and internal factors.
  • Translate market needs into product/service development goals, coordinating with R&D, CTO, supply chain, and factories.
  • Organize and implement competitive information collection and lobbying actions with scientific societies, professional associations, and institutions.
  • Represent the company in external bodies and professional associations.
  • Promote current and developing offerings to clients, coordinating commercial communication plans with client teams.
  • Ensure the pooling of market analysis tools and processes for large segments.
  • Manage a small team of marketing analysts, be responsible for the health, safety, management, and development of the team, organizing and anticipating resource and skill needs (conducts annual interviews, proposes training needs, etc.).
  • Responsibility to identify new markets, ensuring the reliability of the information (volumes) provided to commercial teams and factories.
  • Responsible for the communication and promotion strategy of products/services.
  • Responsible for validating product development business plans (volume, price, profitability), which commit the long-term performance of the economic entity.

Skills & requirements :

  • Specialized knowledge of products and the environment of Electrical Steels segment (including competing products).
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales processes, especially in B2B (business-to-business).
  • General knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Professional knowledge in finance, industrial processes, etc.
  • Fluent in English and any other European language being an asset.
  • Mobility/Travel required: visits to customers and plants.
  • Degree: Engineering or MBA in relevant field or equivalent experience.
