In this role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for a pioneering platform focused on redefining women's healthcare. This is a high-impact and hands-on position, pivotal for driving member acquisition, activation, and retention strategies through various channels. Your contributions will directly influence how effectively women connect with our solutions, enhancing their healthcare journeys. You will blend brand creativity with performance marketing to achieve measurable results and foster long-term member engagement. \n Accountabilities Design and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies across digital, email, direct mail, partnerships, and other channels. Apply performance marketing rigor to all campaigns, setting clear targets, measuring incrementality, and optimizing based on CAC, LTV, and payback periods. Own the end-to-end member journey from onboarding through long-term engagement and retention. Build sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs including welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, re-engagement flows, and winback strategies. Lead creative strategy and execution across all marketing touchpoints including web, email, direct mail, social, video, and member-facing collateral. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, enabled to work effectively with AI tools. Requirements 8–10 years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in leadership roles, ideally in digital health or women’s health. Proven track record of building marketing functions from early stage through scale, including 0-to-1 product launches. Deep expertise in product marketing with the ability to craft differentiated positioning and messaging. Strong performance marketing background with demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and direct mail campaigns. Expert-level copywriting skills with a portfolio demonstrating range across different formats.
