We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Head of Marketing (f/m/d) to bring our Marketing teams and efforts to the next level. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence across media relations, corporate communications, digital presence, global events, and shared marketing services. Your Responsibilities Content Creation and Thought Leadership: Overseeing the production of content, including case studies, white papers, webinars, and other educational materials, to establish the company as a thought leader in the field of AI and robotics. This includes stepping up our Social Media Management efforts. Global Events & Exhibitions: Leading strategy and execution of global exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences. Managing speaker strategy and executive presence at industry events. Overseeing showroom design, equipment, and experience strategy. Leading global product launches and opening ceremonies. Ensuring impactful brand presence across all physical touchpoints. Brand Positioning and Management: Defining and refining the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, and positioning Agile Robots as a leader in AI-driven robotics solutions. Digital Marketing and Analytics: Managing online marketing initiatives, including GEO vs. SEO, SEM, and email campaigns, while analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaign results. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conducting research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitors, using insights to adjust marketing strategies and improve product-market fit. Team Leadership and Management: Leading the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment, and managing external agencies and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Expansion to new markets from a MarCom perspective: ideally experience with all of the above mentioned for expansion to the US and other Asia Pacific markets. Product Marketing: Collaborating with product development teams to define messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions. Collaboration with internal Marketing teams. Essential Skills Beneficial Skills Your Profile Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 8 years of professional experience in B2B marketing for technically high-end products (software and hardware), ideally in the Robotics space or from high scaling tech organizations /grown start-ups, with at least 5 years of experience in leading roles. Ideally experience from an in-house and agency perspective. Multilingual skills (especially Chinese) could be a plus, given Agile Robots’ international presence. Fluency in German and English language. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about market opportunities, competitive positioning, and long-term growth. Technical Understanding: A solid understanding of robotics, AI, automation, or related technologies, enabling effective communication with technical teams and accurate positioning of products. Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop marketing teams while managing external agencies and vendors. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics (GEO vs. SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.). Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and analytics to optimize marketing strategies, measure campaign success, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Brand Management: Experience in building and maintaining a strong brand presence in global markets. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and executive teams. Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee complex marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns. Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to differentiate the brand in a competitive, fast-moving industry. International Experience: Familiarity with global markets, especially in Europe and Asia (Germany and China), and experience working in a multinational company.
