Job Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Head of Marketing with a proven track record in the SMB SaaS space targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in developing and executing end-to-end marketing programs to drive growth, establish brand identity, and generate demand. This is a leadership role and requires a strategic thinker who can deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth in the US SMB SaaS market. Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing programs, including digital marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, events and social media campaigns. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and engagement. Lead the creation of compelling content and collateral to support sales efforts and nurture leads through the funnel. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and professional development. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions for SMBs in the US market. Proven expertise in running successful end-to-end marketing programs and campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing techniques. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
