Description

ABOUT HADEAN

Hadean is a deep-tech company building cutting-edge distributed computing technology that powers scalable, secure, and interoperable digital environments. Our platform enables real-time simulation and training, mission rehearsal, command & control and digital twin capabilities — transforming the way defence, government agencies and enterprises plan, train, and make decisions.
We work at the forefront of defence innovation, collaborating with global partners to deliver next-generation capabilities that unlock operational advantage.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Hadean is seeking a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role focused on driving pipeline growth, brand visibility, and revenue impact across our core defence and national security markets.
You will be responsible for building and executing a high-impact marketing function that supports our commercial goals. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to shape messaging, run outbound campaigns, optimise our online presence, and represent the Hadean brand at key industry events.
This is an ideal role for a commercially-minded marketing leader with deep knowledge of the defence ecosystem and a passion for innovative technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and execute the full marketing strategy aligned to commercial and revenue goals.
  • Design and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and outbound channels to generate high-quality leads and nurture strategic accounts.
  • Lead and optimise Hadean’s online presence — including the website, SEO/SEM, content, and analytics — to drive inbound interest and market credibility.
  • Build and maintain a strong events strategy: identify and secure key defence and dual-use tech events, support speaker opportunities, and drive pre/post-event outreach.
  • Develop clear messaging and positioning that speaks to defence stakeholders, primes, partners, and government buyers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and BD teams to support ABM, bid/tender efforts, and targeted growth in priority segments.
  • Establish and track marketing KPIs (e.g., MQLs, CAC, CTRs, ROI), and continuously optimise performance against targets.
  • Lead and develop the team of high performing marketing professionals.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget and key agency/supplier relationships.
  • Contribute to investor, partner, and executive communications as needed.
