What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience operating at Head of Marketing level within a consumer-focused brand.
Strong strategic marketing capability paired with a hands-on approach to execution.
Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes through integrated marketing strategies.
Experience across brand, digital, social media, influencer marketing and eCommerce.
Strong product launch and go-to-market expertise.
Experience managing sizeable marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience within beauty, skincare, wellness, retail or FMCG sectors will be highly regarded.
