YOUR SKILLSET – WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Marketing expertise & hands-on mentality: Extensive experience in content creation, social media, event management, design, and campaign execution. Able to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
  • Leadership & team management: Experience building and leading teams, preferably in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, with the ability to work both operationally and strategically.
  • Strategic & creative thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and find creative solutions to build and enhance the brand.
  • Strong communication skills: You can effectively communicate inspiring messages both written and spoken—from social media posts to white papers—and serve as the voice of the company in interactions with customers and internal teams.
  • Organizational & analytical thinking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep track of KPIs, and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Design & social media expertise: Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, creating engaging content, and building and maintaining a community on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Fluent in German & English: Comfortable and convincing in both languages, written and spoken.
