About this job

Job description

WANTED: Head of Marketing (m/f/d) in the Smart Home Industry

. CASAIO is more than just a smart home company. We are a group of companies with several specialized brands and products that together offer a comprehensive portfolio for smart home planning. Our services range from the planning and programming of high-quality smart home projects and professional lighting design to the development of a comprehensive shop platform that connects planners, products, and end customers. With our KNX Masterclass, we also offer further training for people who want to understand, plan, and implement their own smart home.

These pillars form the foundation of our company and are continuously being developed. As a highly digitized company, we move with the times and thoughtfully use artificial intelligence to further improve and streamline our processes.

At CASAIO, you will work with system integrators, organizational talents, and creative minds who are making a difference and actively shaping the future of building automation. We are looking for tech-savvy individuals who are eager to become part of this mission. If you're passionate about smart home technology and want to work in a modern, digital company with high-quality hardware and software, we look forward to receiving your application.

Our marketing department is already an important part of our company. At the same time, we know there's still a lot of potential here. That's precisely why we're looking for support. We're looking for someone who understands marketing as a driver of growth – someone who thinks strategically, takes a hands-on approach, and is accountable for results.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will take over the management of the marketing team - you will lead, develop and coordinate the existing employees and be responsible for their results.
  • You manage external agencies and freelancers in a results-oriented manner and keep them on track.
  • You will further develop the marketing strategy of the entire group of companies - across channels and brands, with a clear focus on growth and positioning.
  • You plan, manage and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta and other relevant channels - focusing on measurable goals: qualified leads, conversion rate, cost per lead, reach and efficient budget use.
  • You are responsible for building clean marketing processes, tracking and reporting structures - so that the team can function operationally even without you.
  • You contribute your own ideas for content, funnels and campaigns and ensure that ideas become measurable implementation - on website, social media, YouTube, newsletter and the KNX Masterclass.

IN A NUTSHELL:

You lead – but you also roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. This means you're responsible for the marketing of the entire group, coordinate the team, and manage external partners. At the same time, you're close to the operational side of things: You know your channels, understand the numbers, and can step in yourself if needed. We're not looking for a manager who delegates and waits – but one who thinks proactively, collaborates, and demands results.

WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION EXCITING:

The role is a mix of creative work and controlling. This means that, with the support of the marketing team, you not only develop your own campaigns, landing pages, and similar initiatives, but also evaluate the effectiveness of your work. It's important to us that our marketing doesn't just look better, but delivers measurably better results.

If something isn't working, you'll notice it quickly and take the necessary steps to improve the outcomes. So, you're not just a brilliant idea generator, but also its controller and manager.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

We rely on modern tools and systems to make contemporary work models practical and enable efficient, independent work. Your individual workstation is equipped with a height-adjustable desk. In addition, various gadgets such as a treadmill and other ergonomic aids are available to help you stay active throughout the workday.

You'll be working in a future-proof, multifaceted industry that is constantly growing and offers many exciting opportunities. Instead of complicated communication structures and lengthy decision-making processes, you can expect direct communication, short lines of communication, and close collaboration with management.

Your personal and professional development is important to us. That's why we offer you ample opportunity for career growth, further training, and targeted development of your strengths and skills. As we continue to grow as a company, your role will evolve with us. You'll have the opportunity to actively shape your next career step and take on new responsibilities.

A modern fleet of vehicles is also available for assignments outside the office.

Job requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • You have a completed degree in marketing, communication, media, advertising or a comparable qualification.
  • You already have at least two years of relevant professional experience in marketing - ideally from a company, an agency or from managing external marketing partners.
  • You already have experience in leading or coordinating a small team and know how to delegate tasks, demand results, and develop people.
  • You have a solid understanding of online marketing, especially in the areas of performance marketing, SEA, social media, SEO, content marketing and campaign management.
  • You have already planned, implemented and optimized Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar performance channels.
  • You can confidently classify tracking, KPIs, conversion funnels and performance analyses and use them effectively for your work.
  • You interpret data from various sources in a structured way and derive clear recommendations for action from it.
  • Organization, structure and prioritization are among your strengths; you work reliably and maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple topics.
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility and proactively drive marketing initiatives forward – both operationally and strategically. You have a growth mindset – you enjoy learning, questioning the status quo, and seeing change as an opportunity, not a threat.
  • You have very good German skills at C2 level and English skills at least at B2 level, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-have:

  • You have experience with Webflow and know how to use your skills effectively to quickly translate marketing ideas into high-quality, conversion-oriented pages.
