Stocked in Spacenk and with a strong presence across social media, we are now looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to drive our brand forward and oversee all aspects of marketing, public relations, and communications.
As the Head of Marketing, PR & Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Navy brand vision and commercial objectives. You will oversee digital marketing, PR campaigns, brand partnerships, events, and customer communications to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing, PR, or communications role, ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, or retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google GA4.
  • Experience in brand development, PR strategy, and media relations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
