The Role We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own and amplify Noon’s story—one that students love, parents trust, and communities talk about. You will be the architect of our growth engine, building a world-class team and a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy that doesn't just fill seats, but changes the educational landscape of the Kingdom. This isn't a "behind-the-desk" role. We want a leader with a real marketing success story under their belt—someone who thinks "out of the box" while remaining deeply rooted in KSA culture and the unique Noon vibe. What You Will Do 1. Build the GTM Engine & Team Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team capable of rapid execution. Own the GTM strategy across product lines, defining clear positioning and channel-market fit for our new school model. Sync marketing rhythms with admissions cycles, product launches, and school milestones. 2. Drive Growth & Revenue Deliver aggressive growth in student enrollments while maintaining a focus on high-LTV (Life Time Value) and brand reputation. Lead top-of-funnel efforts to build massive brand awareness, trust, and "hype" in the Saudi market. Partner with Product and School teams to unlock growth bottlenecks and move fast on market opportunities. 3. Disruptive Storytelling & Brand Craft a narrative that reflects Saudi dreams and parent aspirations—making Noon a "badge of pride" for students. Lead all creative work, ensuring our messaging resonates deeply with the local culture while feeling fresh and next-gen. Turn everyday school moments into shareable, viral brand experiences. 4. Strategic Execution & Partnerships Manage external agencies, influencers, and event producers with a "scrappy but premium" mindset. Execute high-impact events (school launches, expos, parent open houses) that move both hearts and metrics.
