Lead with data—develop and apply deep customer insights, analytics, and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize execution. Elevate the customer experience by shaping how our brands connect with users across digital and physical touch-points. Collaborate globally—partner with international marketing leaders to align regional execution with a unified global strategy. Innovate at scale—identify and launch new channels, products, and programs that accelerate growth and differentiate our offerings. Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement. Advocate for the Pacific region across product, technology, and operations teams to ensure our platforms and tools enable world-class marketing outcomes. Drive business outcomes—own key KPIs and deliver against ambitious growth targets in direct channels and brand performance. What We’re Looking For: Bring your 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience preferably across diverse geographies and cultures and ideally within the travel, mobility, or transportation sectors and we will put it to good use. You will have a strategic mindset, matched by a deep understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamics, to help you lead complex, multi-channel marketing programs that deliver measurable impact to the business. You will be comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level, with a strong ability to translate insights into action and adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Your approach should be grounded in data where you will be able to leverage analytics to inform decision-making, optimize performance, and uncover new opportunities for growth. A proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement will see you thrive in this position.
