Responsibilities

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the development, execution, and performance of our full-funnel marketing efforts. In this role, you will own initiatives that accelerate brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our current Marketing Manager to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution, while also partnering cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and leadership. This role is responsible for driving scalable revenue, strengthening long-term customer relationships, and positioning Pest Share as a category leader in the PropTech space. We’re looking for a data-driven, creative leader who thrives in a fast paced SaaS environment and is passionate about delivering measurable impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that defines brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns aligned with company goals.
  • Drive demand generation and customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns across digital, SEO, paid media, content, events, and partnerships.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing efforts to improve customer engagement, retention, and long-term value.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to align strategy and execution, ensuring shared accountability and clarity of roles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive pipeline growth, shorten the sales cycle, and support revenue targets.
  • Define Pest Share’s market positioning and thought leadership narrative within the PropTech ecosystem.
  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing team grounded in creativity, data, and collaboration.
  • Oversee content strategy to support every stage of the customer journey, including product marketing, case studies, and sales enablement.
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize spend to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic voice for the brand in leadership discussions, PR opportunities, and investor communications as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership role.
  • Candidates with SaaS industry experience are strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through successful go-to-market strategies and full-funnel campaigns.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top marketing talent.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, customer segmentation, and buyer personas.
