Your Impact: As part of our next phase of growth and the evolution of our commercial function, we are seeking to appoint a Head of Marketing to lead our rebrand and build a high performing, commercially aligned marketing function. This newly created role will be pivotal in shaping our marketing strategy, overseeing a major rebrand, and ensuring clear alignment between marketing and sales activities. You’ll set the direction, manage agency partners, and develop scalable marketing systems and campaigns that support our revenue growth goals over the next 2 years. Some of your responsibilities will include: Lead the development and delivery of the company’s rebrand, from strategy through to internal and external launch. Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual direction in partnership with agency and internal stakeholders. Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy, aligned with sales and business growth goals. Create quarterly and annual marketing plans that support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention. Strengthen collaboration with the Sales team to improve campaign performance and sales enablement materials. Manage a small in-house team and external suppliers to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing output. Establish clear KPIs and dashboards to track marketing performance and ROI. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend. You will be a great if you have: 8+ years’ marketing experience, including at least 3 in a leadership or strategic role. Experience in a similar space such as: Commercial Fit-Out or Facility Management. Experience working in fast growth business is desirable. Proven track record of delivering a brand transformation or rebrand project. Strong commercial acumen. You are able to connect marketing activity to successful revenue outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders. Skilled at balancing strategic direction with hands-on delivery. Experience managing small teams and agency partners. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Line Managers are responsible for promoting a safe working environment and ensuring their team follows Health & Safety policies.
