We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Warsaw team. Purpose of the Role In this role, you will shape and execute marketing strategies that expand the reach of Abbott’s diabetes innovations—especially FreeStyle Libre—within the HCP community and among consumers. You will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening Abbott’s leadership position in Poland, and ensuring our products reach the people whose lives they can transform. What You’ll Do Ensuring that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements. Demonstrating an understanding of the application of the Quality Policy through daily activities. Maintain vigilance to ensure adherence to the system procedures by promptly reporting noncompliance issues to management. Prioritizing compliance through ongoing support and communication of the Quality Policy. Leading by example on daily basis, ensuring clear goals for subordinates and corrective action for any noncompliance issues raised by subordinates. Directing the activities of ADC marketing for achievement of short and long-term business objectives. Increasing profit and market share for excellent sales and marketing execution. Preparing or arranging for preparation of budgets, reports, and forecasts. Ensuring they are completed in timely manner. Maintaining necessary contact with key customers to achieve objectives of division. Developing and maintain rapport with KOLs in the marketplace to identify trends, competitor activities and new business situation. Monitoring competitive situation - their strategies, activities and organizational power. Leading and developing a small marketing team to deliver high‑quality execution and support long‑term business objectives. Supporting employees in writing and implementing growth plans. Developing and maintain a succession plan and address future staffing issues in pro-active manner. Perform all responsibilities in accordance with Environment, Health & Safety roles, standards and polices. Organizes duties of subordinates in accordance with Labor Code and working time regulations. Required qualifications and background: University degree is as must (Economy/ Marketing or similar preferred). 5 years product management experience in international company is a must. Excellent knowledge of English and Polish is a must (both written and spoken). Real marketing hands-on experience with proven record. Deep understanding of marketing, brand, consumer, and market. Solid understanding and practical experience in digital marketing, including digital campaign planning and execution, analytics, and digital customer journeys. Ability to understand organization as a whole and find synergies across functions, divisions, and affiliates. Ability to anticipate market trends, regulations change and competitor actions, as well as the key influencing factors on ADC short- and long-term planning process. Experience in market and consumer information analysis. Ability to plan and execute a marketing plan, as well as short- and long-term modeling. Ability to motivate and develop staff. Ability to adapt to ambiguity and constant change. Experience in Pharma (OTC and/or Rx) and in managing categories such as cosmetics and dietary supplements is a strong asset.
