REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7–10 years of marketing experience, preferably with a focus on the solar industry.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies that drive growth in niche technical sectors.
  • Experience working in small teams or startup/agency environments—hands-on approach is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Middle East market is a plus.
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re seeking a Head of Marketing with 8+ years of experience to lead our marketing function in Dubai. Candidates with experience in the solar industry will be given preference.
You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness across multiple channels and regions, working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams. Experience in small teams or marketing agency environments is highly valued, as the role demands hands-on execution and strategic oversight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies focused on the solar energy sector.
  • Manage B2B and B2C campaigns across digital, print, trade shows, and events.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website content.
  • Drive brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and external vendors or agencies as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Manage and grow the marketing team in alignment with business goals.
