Assist in the development of market plans and execute local implementations. Develop successful relationships with business leadership and product development teams. Contribute to new product development and market launch strategies. Plan, organize, and develop marketing personnel. Manage the annual budget and compensation plans for the department. Facilitate meetings, discussions, and major trade show promotions. Support sales teams in managing distributor networks and local strategic alliances. Identify and capitalize on fresh revenue opportunities in distribution channels. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus. 12+ years of progressive marketing and sales management experience, preferably in the medical device industry. 5+ years of personnel management experience required. Experience in capital equipment within medical/surgical settings is essential. Strong direct and distributor sales experience mandatory. Leadership and decision-making skills critical for success. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Proficient analytical skills with experience in financial analysis tools.
