As the Head of Marketing, Retail Products, you will: Develop and execute marketing strategies and propositions informed by real-time insights and customer data. Drive portfolio and product strategy, including commercial benefit analysis. Own and manage the marketing budget for effectiveness and efficiency. Lead marketing’s contribution to SCFE adoption and engagement. Inspire and coach a diverse team, fostering inclusion and high performance. Represent marketing at senior leadership forums and influence executive stakeholders. What will you bring? Change Management Expertise: Ability to navigate and lead through complex transitions. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business performance and strategic financial decision-making. Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. Critical Thinking: Comfort with ambiguity and solving adaptive challenges. Experience leading marketing teams in regulated environments. Experience in Product or Segment Marketing within Financial Services.
