We’re seeking a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to lead BuildPass’ global marketing strategy and accelerate our growth, particularly in the US market. You’ll be a senior leader who thrives at both the strategic and hands-on level - ready to guide the business through its next phase of growth, with a strong focus on product and marketing-led growth strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership Own and execute BuildPass’ go-to-market strategy across Australia and the US, balancing brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer marketing.
Product Marketing & Feature Launches Lead product positioning and messaging. Collaborate with product and customer teams to run smooth, impactful launches. Create the enablement materials that help sales and customers understand the value of new features.
Brand Development Strengthen our brand presence across owned and paid channels, evolving our visual identity and tone of voice in line with customer needs and market maturity.
Content & Storytelling Work closely with our Content Producer to create long-standing content that converts, utilising customer case studies, blog content, video, and more.
Team Leadership Coach and grow a passionate team, giving them room to step up and building a structure that scales with the business.
Regional Expansion Design and execute marketing strategies for the US market, with a sharp understanding of local compliance, tone, and channel relevance.
Performance & ROI Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs - continuously iterating to improve outcomes and maximise return on budget.
