We are currently looking for a new Associate Director of Marketing as part of the Distributor Sales unit (RoW-DS) a unit of Arla’s International Division. In RoW-DS we oversee numerous export markets, focusing on developing branded positions across Arla’s full portfolio through close collaboration with partners across regions such as Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Mediterranean, Eastern Europe, the Baltics, the Balkans and the Caucasus.
Our full RoW-DS team comprises 43 dedicated professionals in Sales, Sales support, Marketing and Product management functions which have been on a steep growth journey and are looking forward to further growth through expanding into new markets and positions as well as incumbent positions.
The role is based at our newly opened Arla Copenhagen office in the modern and vibrant and easily accessible Carlsberg neighborhood (Carlsberg Byen).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience in a similar role in FMCG sector with a proven record in brand & marketing management
• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent
• You are an experienced and empathic people manager with experience with leading teams and organizational transformation
• Experience working with senior management or seasoned stakeholders
• Great commercial acumen as well as business case creation with presentation skills and great command of PowerPoint.
  Reporting directly to the Senior Director of DS you will maintain a strong dotted line to the ROW Head of Marketing as part of the role. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Additional language skills would be an advantage.
  Expect to travel 30-45 days per year with min. 3 days from our offices in Copenhagen.
