MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years’ proven experience in senior marketing and/or sales leadership, with direct responsibility for revenue growth. (required)
  • Demonstrated track record of building and leading teams (marketing and/or sales) — including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. (required)
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, retail, partnerships, PR). (required)
  • Strong experience with sales processes, pipelines, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and drive ROI-focused decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels (internal and external).
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibility.
  • Must be able to work full-time on-site in Sydney, NSW (with flexibility for events and external meetings).
  • Australian work rights (citizen, PR, or valid long-term visa).
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This isn’t a typical marketing job. As Head of Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you’ll have the rare opportunity to build the content marketing and sales engine from the ground up. You’ll drive strategy, shape our brand, and put in place the systems, people, and campaigns that fuel the next stage of growth. You’ll be hands-on where it counts, but also stepping back to create the bigger picture that inspires the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create and execute bold marketing and sales strategies to accelerate growth.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a young, motivated team across marketing and sales.
  • Launch integrated campaigns across digital, retail, wholesale, and partnerships.
  • Build pipelines, processes, and KPIs that drive measurable results.
  • Take ownership of budgets, forecasts, and reporting — and deliver real ROI.
  • Represent Superior Hair at events, partnerships, and in the industry.
  • Spot opportunities, move fast, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
