Our advanced sensors enable leading edge applications to perceive environmental changes, from highly accurate temperature sensors for wearable devices to position sensors for the automotive market, current sensors supporting electrification, and image sensors for medical applications. We push the boundaries of sensing technology, empowering innovators to make the world smarter, healthier, and happier. To elevate our team, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing.

  • Develop and execute a global and comprehensive marketing strategy in close collaboration with internal partners
  • Leading a global team of product marketing, regional marketing and demand planning professionals
  • Gather and consolidate market intelligence, including trends, competitors and key players
  • Benchmarking and analysis of competitors to establish volume-based pricing guidelines and shape our mass market approach
  • Overseeing MarCom activities, including trade shows, website management, press releases and social media campaigns
  • Develop and refine promotional materials for customer presentations, product briefs and datasheets to support direct sales and mass market activities
  • Global demand creation in close collaboration with the global sales organization to maximize our potential with existing and new customers
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
  • Several years of relevant industry experience, including at least five years in a global leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing a large-scale, global business
  • Strong ability to build and strengthen customer relationships while negotiating win-win solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with good cultural awareness
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel worldwide, with a strong understanding of different cultures
