The Role: Showpo is seeking a commercially-minded and brand-led Head of Marketing to lead Showpo’s next phase of global growth, with a strong focus on expanding our presence in the US market. Define and execute Showpo’s global marketing strategy, with a key focus on US expansion and international growth markets Lead brand positioning to ensure consistency, relevance, and differentiation across regions Champion a brand-led approach, ensuring all marketing activity strengthens brand equity and long-term customer value Oversee social and content strategy, driving engagement, reach, and cultural relevance within our core demographic Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in international markets, particularly the US Identify opportunities within immature or emerging markets, building strategies to accelerate growth Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, scalable marketing team Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and performance Partner closely with Product, Digital, eCommerce, and Operations teams to align marketing with commercial outcomes Ensure seamless execution of campaigns from concept through to delivery and performance analysis Who are you? Currently operating in a Head of Marketing (or equivalent senior leadership) role Proven experience leading brand-led marketing strategies within fashion, preferably women’s fashion or adjacent categories Strong experience in US market marketing and/or scaling brands internationally Deep understanding of social-first marketing and engaging modern, digital-native audiences Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams An Inspirational and highly collaborative leader!
