Job Description You will be joining our Marketing team, reporting to Carlos, our CEO Spain, and Clement, our Global VP B2B Marketing, to build a strong inbound marketing revenue stream, lead a high-performing team, define marketing strategy and collaborate closely with Sales and CS teams to further scale our business in Spain. You will lead the Spanish marketing team (currently 7 people), ensuring a scalable and best practice Marketing function (i.e. suited for current needs and further business growth). Work closely with peer Marketing leaders across the globe and commercial teams in Spain; optimize, advise, problem-solve and drive continuous improvement through a strong data foundation and scalable systems. Key objectives: Execute customer acquisition-focused marketing strategy to increase company revenue in different segments, using the global marketing strategy and adapting to the Spanish market Create, lead and execute strategic B2B marketing projects with a high impact on growing company revenue - across different segments Target the best channels and tactics to build the network of prospects and customers Create and execute brand and PR plans as well as customer marketing programs to support elevating company revenue Lead, retain and develop the team of 7 high-performing marketers through goal setting, execution and optimization in order to hit KPIs Cooperate closely with other commercial teams, country leadership and the broader business, esp. Sales and Product Qualifications Experience in successful execution of full lifecycle marketing (demand generation, performance marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, content/PR/brand) - strong focus on inbound marketing, customer acquisition, preferably in a SaaS setting Proven track record in developing and executing B2B marketing strategy (from defining strategy through to execution, measuring results and iteration), meeting ambitious revenue targets with significant growth Ability to execute while managing budgets and maximizing ROI - high efficiency focus Track record in multiple market segments with a solid understanding of their specifics Excellent team leadership skills - you lead by example and are a strong strategic thinker Previous experience closely collaborating with other commercial functions (Sales, CS) as well as Product Fluent English and Spanish to smoothly communicate in an international environment Additional Information Why You’ll Love It Here 💙 Global Benefits – No matter where you are, you’ll have access to: Healthcare insurance – so you can focus on what matters.
