We are looking for a proactive Head of Marketing to join the Marketing team in our Bristol or Bath office, supporting the wider business. As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. To be our next Head of Marketing, you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:

• Proven experience in professional services marketing, ideally within the legal sector.
• A commercial mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategy.
• Deep understanding of the UK legal landscape and mid-market dynamics.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative firm culture.

It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
