Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to spearhead the UK marketing strategy and mentor a talented, driven team of marketers. You’ll report to the Global Marketing Director and work closely with the Head of Growth, NPD, and Commercial teams to elevate our Kendamil brand to the top spot within the next three years, all while supporting the growth of Bonya and launching new product development initiatives..

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Strategize and implement the marketing roadmap for both Kendamil and our new sister brand, Bonya, in the UK.
  • Manage and lead a young, talented and energetic team, creating exceptional-quality content that educates, engages, empowers and inspires our parents while creating a sense of community.
  • Manage the full UK marketing budget across brand and customer investment.
  • Lead the development of first-class short and long term content, in digital and non-digital formats, that builds awareness, inspires customers, drives engagement and creates community.
  • Become the authority on our disruptive brand’s unique points of difference, helping our content team navigate the unique regulations of the infant nutrition industry while successfully operating within the ever-changing environment of a rapid-growth start-up.
  • Monitor, measure and report on the impact of our content against key commercial metrics.
  • Direct the communication strategy, as the first point of contact for crafting external communications you’ll navigate sensitive issues and guide messaging during key business moments.
  • Collaborate closely with other business functions as a key stakeholder, to continuously improve processes and be the voice of UK parents.
  • Own the launch plans for NPD from the Kendal Nutricare family of brands.
