Actively contribute to global brand agenda and represent local market needs on Brand Boards. Drive end-to-end marketing activities across all coffee & tea brands, including campaign development and adaptation, media strategy, activations, sponsorships, influencer marketing, and design — across both Retail and OOH channels. Support resolution of operational issues related to export activities. Own full portfolio strategy, including assortment, P&L management, and NPD pipeline. Identify and deliver relevant local innovations that drive growth. Leverage data and insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and shape future growth strategies. Perform Business and Categories analytics: current performance, future opportunities creation Build, inspire, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, ownership, and continuous growth.
