Key responsibilities Lead and develop a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching and direction. Define and implement a strategic marketing plan fully aligned with the company’s sales objectives. Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistent communication across all channels. Drive integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase awareness, generate leads and support sales conversions within the NHS, pharmacy, veterinary and laboratory sectors. Promote bespoke services, sustainable alternatives and unique propositions that set the business apart in the healthcare supplies market. Use analytics to measure campaign performance, derive actionable insights and optimise marketing initiatives. Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure best ROI. Work closely with sales, product development and customer service teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market activity. Significant senior marketing experience, ideally within B2B or healthcare-related sectors. A proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing plans that directly support sales growth. Strong digital marketing skills, with expertise in SEO, paid media, email marketing and social channels. Highly data-driven, confident using analytics to measure and improve performance. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects. Creative and commercially minded, able to translate insights into impactful campaigns. Knowledge of regulatory and sustainability considerations in healthcare is advantageous.
