HEAD OF MASS FUNDRAISING

Responsibilities

You will:

Lead on acquisition, stewardship and retention strategies for Mass Fundraising
Working with stakeholders across RNID (particularly in the Marcomms team) to ensure that we are developing compelling stories and successful donor journeys
Ensuring that activity plans and strategies are underpinned by insights
Manage a busy and creative team of mass fundraisers across Community and Events and Individual Giving
