Your tasks

• Professional and organizational management of the Master Scheduling/Work Preparation department
• Overall responsibility for order, scheduling and capacity planning, including the release and initiation of production orders.
• Active management of bottlenecks, priorities and replanning, as well as escalation management in case of deviations.
• Interface management and close coordination with production, engineering/design, purchasing/logistics and sales/order management
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information throughout the order process and reliable delivery scheduling.
• Responsibility for AV-relevant processes, master data and order data quality, and the systems used (especially SAP)
• Further development of planning and control logics, transparency and key performance indicators (e.g., adherence to delivery dates, planning stability)
• Continuous improvement of processes and active participation in or management of projects (Lean, Digitalization, Operational Excellence)

Our requirements

• Completed technical studies or technical training with further education as a technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning/master scheduling or production control in an industrial environment
• Sound knowledge of industrial production processes and capacity-oriented planning
• Experience in a leading and/or coordinating role, combined with strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Excellent knowledge of SAP (production and planning modules) and confident handling of planning-relevant evaluations.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
• Decisiveness, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration.
• Additional qualifications in Lean and/or project management are an advantage.
