Sun Coast Sciences creates and sells anti-aging products: everything from skincare topicals, to hair restoration supplements, to delicious hydration drink mixes. We’re bootstrapped, highly profitable, and we’ve grown 100% YoY for the past 3 years, deep into mid-eight figures.

Our business model is direct response, with a focus on copywriting, conversion rate optimization, and LTV optimization. We’re world-class at crafting magical marketing, VSLs (video sales letter infomercials), along with managing the customer relationship, and running operations.
Now, we need your help to become world-class at media buying and customer acquisition.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Direct Response Media Buying. You’re comfortable holding your feet to the fire of a ROAS target, you’ve managed $50M in annual spend, and you’ve RECENTLY scaled campaigns to $100,000+/day.
  • DEEP familiarity with the Meta advertising platforms. You’ve seen, tested, and scaled it all when it comes to Meta. You think critically about how the system works and why specific approaches are practical while others are not.
  • LEADERSHIP Skills: you don’t have to be a manager, but you’re the opposite of a cave-dweller. You’re great at communication, inspiration, networking, attracting talent, and helping others grow.
  • Robust network of other media buyers who are active in the space. You are tapped into the media buying zeitgeist and know when changes are coming before they are announced.
  • Creative Production: from inspiration, to copy, to video, to live campaign… you can either do it ALL yourself, or do MOST yourself, driving it to completion and launch.
  • Advertorials and Landing Pages. Same as creatives - you can drive landing pages to completion… everything from quizzes, to listicles.
  • Ability to create and write Advertorial and Text Sales Letter landing pages as part of a compelling user journey that converts.

Responsibilities
  • Creative & Funnel Strategy: From statics, to videos… from UGC to medical authority on camera… from direct-to-VSL to quiz funnels… you’re leading the charge on what’s working with creative and funnel strategy.
  • Media Advertising Agencies & Partners. Liaise with our existing agency partners to ensure our internal media team complements the strengths and strategies of those partners.
  • Grow Internal Share of Spend. Win share of spend by out-competing external agencies and partners on the media buying KPIs that matter, profitable revenue generation at scale.
  • Profitably Test and Scale into New Channels. Systematically test new channels for profitable spend and revenue, then scale those tests across offers and product lines when and where efficient.
