Join us as the Head of Member Health Strategy and Planning and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of member health at HCF. About the Role As a key member of the Member Health leadership team, you will: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive health strategies that enhance member wellbeing, support financial sustainability, and align with our organizational vision. Drive strategic planning, reporting, and governance across the Member Health division, ensuring our programs and initiatives deliver measurable value to members and the business. Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative models of care, respond to government reforms, and support the evolution of our health services. Oversee key projects and support compliance activities, ensuring our operations meet regulatory standards and industry best practices. Represent HCF in key stakeholder engagements, including industry forums, government consultations, and provider partnerships. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in health strategy, planning, or a related executive leadership role—ideally within health insurance, healthcare, or a complex service environment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing at senior levels. Deep understanding of healthcare trends, regulatory environments, and the challenges facing member-focused organizations. A passion for member-centric innovation and continuous improvement.
