HEAD OF MEMBERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

Location: Remote within the UK
Salary: The full-time salary for this role is £63,259 per annum. This role is currently full-time (35 hours per week) until July 2026. The role will then reduce to 28 hours per week thereafter (0.8 FTE, salary pro-rated accordingly).

Your ability to engage these institutions, build trusted relationships at the most senior levels, and work internally to develop solutions to their challenges, will help drive our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial acumen and an enterprising outlook
  • Experience of business development such as generating leads, creating proposals and securing income
  • The confidence and credibility to speak in public and to hold strategic conversations with senior leaders
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to use video conferencing and online tools effectively day to day
  • Excellent listening skills and an ability to troubleshoot and solve problems to achieve high levels of client satisfaction
