Reporting to the Head of Wilson, ANZ, you will - Define and execute the long-term merchandising strategy for Wilson HG & SG in ANZ. - Align global brand direction with local consumer insights. - Set financial, margin, and inventory targets in collaboration with FP&A and supply chain. - Own assortment planning, pricing, forecasting, and seasonal flow for Racquet Sports HG. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure cohesive execution. - Mentor and develop a high-performing merchandising team. - Partner with Channel Leads (Ecommerce, Retail, Etail, Wholesale) to optimize assortments and product flow. - Leverage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Translate insights into actionable product strategies. - Drive performance across sales, margin, and inventory KPIs. - Lead quarterly and seasonal business reviews with senior leadership. About you… - 6–8 years’ experience in merchandising, with 3+ years in a leadership role. - Proven success in strategic assortment planning and omni-channel environments. - Strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership. - Deep understanding of the ANZ retail landscape; sports/outdoor experience preferred. - Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related discipline.
