Job Description As Head of Merch for China you are working in one of the central functions of Sales team. You will work closely with all other departments within local & HQ Sales team, Marketing & communication team etc. We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic person with a deep interest in fashion retail business. Reporting to Omni Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team within merchandising to maximize selling & profit while driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of you work. And you will be the key player in creating the best omni customer experience for our customers. What you will do: Maximize omni selling & profit of your market by delegation of task and driving actions in your team with short- and long-term strategic planning & weekly sales performance insights. Overall responsible for omni reductions & stock. Secure overall market stock levels, executing an omni supply chain strategy in partnership with the warehouse team. Give input and feedback to buying team to identify selling potential. Support with local market knowledge to improve product offering. Staff responsibility to China merchandising team: managing, coaching, supporting & developing the team. Provide or assist in product training to retail/TP staff when necessary. Experience from both physical store merchandising and online merchandising would be preferred. Strategic thinker and good leadership with strong entrepreneurial spirit.
