REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or related field
• PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience in teaching Modern Foreign Languages
• Strong knowledge of language teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for language learning
• Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff
• Initiative to drive departmental improvements
• Passion for providing high-quality education

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Modern Foreign Languages or related field
• Leadership or management qualification
• Experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
