As a Head of Mobilisation, you will contribute to our vision of “enriching residential communities with expertise and passion, making our cities incredible places to live” by:

  • Delivering and continuously developing a bespoke mobilisation function with a record of expertise in supporting the delivery of residential communities

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Significant comparable experience in the residential property sector
  • Strong leadership skills and an excellent, effective communicator.
  • Understanding / knowledge of Facilities management and the Build to rent market.
  • Strong experience of Client management, data analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook as well as the ability to learn new systems (training on in house systems will be provided).
  • Strong contract management / negotiation and legislation knowledge
  • ARLA / IRPM (or a willingness to work towards it)
  • Desirable: Health & Safety qualification / TPI certifications

Responsibilities
  • Deliver holistic project management function for all new assets from feasibility, design review, mobilisation and onboarding
  • Through strategic planning, develop and implement bespoke mobilisation plans for each asset to deliver effective mobilisation, onboarding and operational readiness of all new assets in BTR and Co Living
  • Develop and strengthen strategic relationships and value driven partnerships with key Clients, external and internal stakeholders, through acting as the primary point of contact / escalation
  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the Mobilisation team, ensuring they understand their role in the broader mobilisation strategy and to drive the delivery of our people strategy
  • Provide accurate forecasting and provide insight into performance and expected results to the finance team, including any cost saving initiatives
  • Ensure new sites and teams are properly and professionally integrated into urbanbubble, with effective partnership with the mobilisation team and adoption of project methodology
  • Promote and deliver compliance, whether procedural or regulatory, with full compliance and quality checking and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Be responsible for project delivery across BTR and Co Liv through an effective PMO and project management framework
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of external market trends and developments and competitor offering; apply critical thinking to identity risk and opportunities for current and future business
  • Conduct and analyse market research to inform pricing strategies and competitive positioning for new assets
  • Ensure ESG principles are built in to all that we do to deliver on current key objectives
