LONGEVITY OPPORTUNITY VISION ENJOY THE GAME!

Xsolla is looking for an experienced Head of Monetization Product Marketing to lead the global marketing strategy for our monetization suite of products and solutions. This senior management role will drive strategic positioning, go-to-market (GTM) execution, product adoption, and revenue growth in collaboration with product, marketing, and business teams.
You will manage a small team of product marketers, own end-to-end GTM for monetization solutions, and act as a strategic partner to product leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B marketing in the gaming or D2C sectors, along with a strong track record of building high-performing teams, launching high-impact campaigns, and delivering measurable results.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2+ years in a team management role.
  • Proven success in B2B product marketing, ideally in the gaming, SaaS, or D2C verticals.
  • Strong knowledge of the monetization landscape in games and digital commerce, including payments, subscriptions, and user acquisition models.
  • Experience managing GTM for complex product ecosystems and multiple personas (e.g. developers, publishers, marketing teams).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; comfortable setting KPIs and drawing insights from campaign and product usage data.
  • Exceptional leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; capable of influencing executive audiences and external partners alike.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
Don’t meet every requirement listed? Studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs when they don’t meet every requirement. At Xsolla, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive community, so if you think you could be amazing in this role, even without all the listed qualifications, please apply! You may be exactly who we didn’t even know we need.
