YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Studies (Master or similar) in Business Administration, IT or Natural Sciences / Medicine
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or as a product manager or a comparable position
  • First experiences in leadership and team-building skills
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and ideally of commercial functions
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Siebel, salesforce.com) as well as MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of social media channels
  • Experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Interest in trends and developments as well as a high level of initiative, innovative spirit, entrepreneurial thinking, structured mindset, and analytical skills
  • Strong “can do” mentality and independent implementation attitude
  • Experience in leading small teams
  • The job requires excellent communication skills. A good command of English is needed.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, including a Manager Advertising & Promotion, one Senior Consultant Advertising and Promotion and one Content Manager.
  • Fostering a high-performance culture, and promoting individual growth and development.
  • The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for all Omnichannel-related inquiries across the DACH region and act as a business partner to support the business units in implementing their strategies. (strong implementation drive needed)
  • Maintain, develop and manage a set of processes, tools and technologies and collaborate with internal stakeholders, particularly in Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and Market Access, to ensure beneficial application of this toolbox.
  • Act as digital ambassador for the affiliate, providing leadership in the creation and use of digital platforms within and outside the affiliate.
  • Continuously monitor latest trends in online and offline media and emerging channels
  • Enable the DACH Cluster to successfully execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital content creation and rollouts according to previous customer insights and customer journeys. Furthermore ensure a timely and quality accurate consulting and production services for all A&P initiatives and materials.
