Excellent communication skills as well as quantitative capabilities. The necessary professional licenses including FINRA Series 7, 52, 53, 63 and 24, or the ability to promptly obtain such licenses. Entrepreneurial and self-directed - operate as an owner A dynamic problem solver - consistently utilises a solution driven mindset Ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented Able to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities when required Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, political science, or other related field. 10+ years of relevant work experience as a municipal bond trader, either at a Broker Dealer or Investment/Asset Management firm. Strong knowledge of the municipal bond market, across the spectrum of municipal sectors for tax-exempt and taxable bonds Demonstrated track record of repeatable revenue performance. Excellent decision making, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to make real-time trading decisions weighing complex circumstances under time pressure.
