About You
You will be responsible for overseeing the New Equipment sales, leading a team to achieve revenue goals. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic business plan to meet company’s growing objectives in Indonesia
  • Formulate plans to expand new networks and the customer base, keep abreast of new office project development, familiar with and able to sell the product values to prospects
  • Continuing coach and develop for the sales team and provide leadership in achieving maximum sales, profitability and growth.
  • Ensures the Sales Team is meeting the expectations of the business unit by measuring performance results against goals.
  • Provides timely business insights, reviews, and market intelligence to the president and the teams, and proactively evaluates the potential impact on overall business.
  • Collaborate and partner with functional leaders cross the organization to drive business efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
  • Has a Senior-Level understanding of the marketplace and trends, able to find solutions to shortcomings in sales numbers through actively managing opportunities.
  • Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems
  • Maintains the partnership with customers with trust and respect as foundational elements and expands the customer base
  • Creates an environment of unified vision between suppliers and the company and acts as an advocate to spread their sales strategy throughout business.
  • Acts with suppliers, customers and the company in mind during all decision making and make sure the decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives.
  • Shows the expert knowledge of the business, and dedicated to leverage the company’s strengths to build relationships and grow our brand.
  • Develops plans and delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments
  • Responsible for mentoring, developing and motivating the Sales team
  • Creates a high performance culture and a pipeline of successors to all leadership positions within the team.
  • Ensures high potential talent on their teams through guiding managers on recruiting, hiring, performance reviews, development plans and promotional opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics of Mechanical Engineering
  • Typically requires 10+ years including 5+ years of related experience
  • Previous experience as a Senior Sales manager or sales and marketing director to manage large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Well verse with the different cultures in Asia and the global leadership experience across multiple regions is strongly preferred
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
