JOB OVERVIEW:

Moove AV is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Network & IT to lead the development and rollout of our digital infrastructure. This role will be responsible for the strategic design, selection, implementation and management of companywide tooling, networking, technology devices, and support to ensure a productive, innovative, and efficient operation.
This leader will manage Moove’s strategy from site network design, installation to site sustainment and support for 24/7/365 autonomous vehicle fleet needs; the development and implementation of automated tooling and analytics to improve workflows, and information technology support services to ensure high employee productivity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of experience in information technology or network infrastructure deployment, with at least 3 years in a program leadership role.
  • Understanding of major elements of corporate IT design and ability to implement scalable solutions to service a growing and geographically diverse organization
  • Innovative mindset and demonstrated process improvement experience using technology to improve operational performance
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site network deployments (ideally in transportation, logistics, industrial, mission critical, or high-availability environments).
  • Strong technical understanding of wired and wireless networking (802.11ax/ac), VLANs, RADIUS, firewall policies, structured cabling, and network security protocols.
  • Experience coordinating with construction teams, ISPs, and NOC personnel.
  • Strong vendor management, cross-functional leadership, and project reporting skills.

Responsibilities
  • Design and manage support infrastructure for employee technology, including access control, device provisioning, user support, and software licensing
  • Recommend and implement industry leading cybersecurity tools and policies
  • Lead and execute the product roadmap for internal tooling to automate day-to-day business processes as well as track operational KPIs. Such tooling includes but is not limited to:
  • Data Management & Analytics
  • Workflow Automation
  • Communications & Training
  • HR & Employee Management
  • Develop networking solutions, manage procurement, and be accountable for high uptime operations of autonomous vehicle network needs across operational sites nationwide
  • Outline and recommend continuous improvement process for network design and high availability monitoring. This includes promptly triaging, resolving and performing root-cause analysis of core issues, as well as incorporating learnings into future designs to ensure a more robust service.
