PROFILE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and nurturing individual to take on a senior leadership role in our nursery group. This person will serve as a key point of contact for parents, support and guide our nursery managers, and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. In addition to operational oversight, they will also lead marketing and communication efforts, helping us tell our story across social media and grow our community presence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5–7 years in a senior leadership or multi-site management role Experience working in Dubai or knowledge of KHDA requirements is preferred Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Operations Oversight
Support and supervise all nursery managers and admin teams Ensure daily nursery operations run smoothly across branchesResolve internal challenges quickly and diplomaticallyMonitor staff performance, morale, and training needs Conduct regular site visits and reports to ensure compliance and consistency
Parent Communication & Relations
Serve as a trusted point of contact for parents, handling concerns with empathy and professionalismSupport admissions process and parent onboardingLead communication strategies that build trust and transparencyGuide managers in handling sensitive parent matters
Marketing & Social Media
Lead and execute marketing campaigns for enrollment and visibility Oversee content creation and manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Collaborate with staff to capture authentic classroom stories and milestonesMonitor brand consistency and tone across all public-facing platforms
Strategic Leadership
Participate in long-term planning and improvement of nursery operations Implement systems for quality assurance and parent satisfactionLiaise with external partners, suppliers, and regulators as needed Stay updated on EYFS, Montessori, and KHDA standards
