Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Mezz Floors UK Limited is expanding to create a dedicated Office Partitions & Fire Protection department to work alongside our core mezzanine floor business. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on professional currently in a mid-level role who wants clear progression into leadership and a real opportunity to own and grow a new department, starting from quoting inquiries through to site delivery and, as workload grows, building a team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Quote inquiries and follow up warm leads generated from mezzanine sites
  • Convert opportunities into profitable projects, producing detailed proposals and costings
  • Purchase materials and manage procurement to support project delivery
  • Organise and coordinate site teams, scheduling, and logistics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Manage end-to-end projects from enquiry to installation, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations (fire protection, partitions systems, and relevant British Standards)
  • Build and maintain client relationships with mezzanine clients, architects, and consultants
  • Monitor project performance (revenue, gross margin, safety, and customer satisfaction) and report to the MD
  • Develop SOPs and workflows for the new department; lay the groundwork for future growth and hiring
