• You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the Operative Quality team in Ansbach, as well as for developing your team to achieve strategic quality goals, and you will also support their definition.
• They initiate and moderate continuous improvement processes and support the structured handling of customer and supplier complaints, especially within the framework of 8D processes.
• They conduct root cause analyses for quality deviations and coordinate sustainable corrective measures together with production, development and other specialist departments.
• They analyze quality indicators, prepare meaningful reports and, together with the relevant departments, derive suitable improvement measures.
• They plan and coordinate process, product and supplier audits, sometimes conduct them themselves, and monitor the implementation of the resulting measures.
• In collaboration with our international locations, you will ensure and develop customer-oriented solutions to resolve quality problems and initiate escalation steps if necessary.
• In collaboration with project planning, you ensure quality support during the ramp-up phase for the launch of new products.

You bring the following with you:

• They have management experience, professional experience in the field of quality, and good knowledge of quality methods.
• Ideally, you have successfully completed your studies in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• They possess strong methodological skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and moderation.
• Additional training as a VDA auditor and ISO 9001 certification, as well as knowledge of the automotive environment, are advantageous.
