We’re searching for an experienced and forward‑thinking Head of Operational Resilience to lead a well‑established team and take our resilience strategy into its next phase of maturity. Reporting directly to the Director of Operating & Technology Risk, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Operational Resilience framework remains robust, proportionate, and fully aligned with FCA expectations. This is a senior, highly visible position where your expertise will influence decision‑making at the highest levels. You’ll chair key governance forums, oversee the lifecycle of our Important Business Services (IBS), strengthen scenario testing and incident preparedness, and partner closely with leaders across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Change. You’ll also own the Operational Resilience budget and deliver insightful reporting to senior leadership and the Board. If you thrive on shaping strategy, building strong relationships, and driving meaningful organisational resilience, this role offers the scope and influence to make a real difference. What you’ll bring Deep leadership experience in Operational Resilience, Technology Resilience, or Operational/Enterprise Risk Strong working knowledge of FCA Operational Resilience requirements Confidence chairing senior forums and producing high‑quality executive and Board‑level reporting A pragmatic, proportionate approach to applying regulatory expectations A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels This is a remote role with occasional travel to our UK offices.
