The Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust is a vibrant and dynamic organisation that comprises 28 primary schools across Wiltshire and Dorset, with the potential to grow further.
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Head of Estates and Operations, to deliver on the Trust’s Estates and Sustainability Strategies. The successful candidate will lead the strategic and operational management of the Trust’s estate, ensuring all school sites are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards. The role includes responsibility for health and safety, capital and other infrastructure-related projects, facilities management, sustainability, and emergency planning.
