OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:

• Oversee day-to-day limousine operations including dispatch, route planning, and customer scheduling.
• Supervise fleet utilization, vehicle maintenance, and service quality.
• Ensure timely vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance with RTA and UAE transport regulations.
• Manage driver recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in limousine or luxury transport sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE transport regulations, especially RTA rules and licensing.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent planning, organization, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and fleet management software.
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, Hindi) is an advantage.
