Job Description As AT-PAC continues to expand across the UK and Ireland, we are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Operations to join our leadership team. As Head of Operations, you will lead and scale our operational performance across the UK & Ireland, partnering with the regional leadership to shape strategy, improve efficiency, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will drive operational excellence, strengthen commercial performance, and build a high-performance culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Operational & Strategic Leadership Lead operational planning, performance, and improvement initiatives Support budgeting, growth planning, and KPI delivery Implement and enhance operational policies and best practices Commercial & Inventory Management Oversee inventory strategy, forecasting, and utilisation Support pricing strategies and cost-efficiency initiatives Reduce stock losses and optimise asset use People & Collaboration Develop, support, and align operational teams Foster a positive performance-driven culture Strengthen communication and cross-functional partnerships Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with senior leadership to manage priorities and resources Drive solutions, identify risks, and support ongoing business improvement Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in operations Strong knowledge of inventory management and operational processes Background in scaffolding, construction or industrial services preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Financial and commercial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting) and passion for operational excellence Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
