The Head of Operations will ensure that our teams, processes, and partners work together to deliver customers' orders on time, accurately, and efficiently. Come and join BARBORA as HEAD OF OPERATIONS WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Manage the work of Barbora’s picking centers; Follow and improve key operational KPI’s, all of which come down to two things: quality and efficiency; Plan operational capacities according to the sales plan and adjust them as needed; Own the improvement of processes and cooperate with IT development team for continuous innovation; Coordinate with 3rd-party logistics partners. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCEED: 5+ years of operations, logistics, retail, e-commerce, fulfillment, or similar experience, with at least 2 years in leadership; Proven ability to manage teams, managers, and expectations; Deep understanding of process improvements: how they can impact customers, the company, and its people; Ability to make decisions based on facts and numbers; Strategic thinking and ownership.
