DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in operations within a small, fast-paced company
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and trend analysis
  • Familiarity with medical report writing or reviewing, with a keen eye for detail and content accuracy
  • Experience in the legal-medical sector is a plus, but not essential
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to grow with the business

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a sleeves rolled up position for someone who thrives in a fast paced, evolving environment. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, while also implementing scalable systems, SLAs, and performance dashboards. Crucially, you’ll be the operational glue between internal teams and external professionals of solicitors, medical experts, and other stakeholders, so exceptional interpersonal skills are non-negotiable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and optimise daily operations across departments
  • Develop and implement SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including solicitors, medical experts, and internal teams
  • Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across functions
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team development as we grow
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
